It was really windy out and we saw these two baby hawks that suddenly appeared out of nowhere. We saw another one on the ground. The poor little animals could barely fly. The wind actually blew these two off of the car. Colt took off running after them, screaming and yelling. Those babies took off trying to fly… oh, I wish I had my video camera. So, cute, sad and funny. Sean ran and picked up Colt, who just fought being picked up. We didn’t want him getting gouged, those baby birds of prey were bigger than most birds.

I was watching the office and there was a scene where Pam’s dad is leaving her mother. Pam finds out that it has something to do with what Jim said…. “that he has never doubted that he wanted to be with her for the rest his life”
Then tonight, on White Collar, Neal asks Elizabeth, “How did you know?” She said, “Well, instead of being in love with the idea of who a person could be, I fell in love with the person.”
I look back on all of my hypothetical relationships and marriages… I specifically recall thinking, “She’ll do..” “What the hell!” “Why not!” At one elopement, I was standing in front of a judge, and my whole body was screaming “Run!! You don’t want this one!!” I actually had to force myself to stay, convincing myself, “What could it hurt?” Ha, ha, ha… tooo funny… and two more kids later…
Well, I got to thinking… there have been many times when I was in love with the idea of being in love.. But, the only time I have ever known that I wanted forever with someone, was when I first saw Connie. The first time I saw that jaw, those beautiful eyes and (I will stop there).. I remember the first thought that went through my mind, “I want to wake up to that smile every morning and I will do anything to make that happen.” I discovered she was in a relationship, so I looked for a woman to seduce her boyfriend… Like I said, I didn’t care what it cost… There has never been someone so beautiful as her. So, when I found out what kind of woman she was/is… I knew I had everything.
She loves me! She supports all of my crazy ideas, by letting me be me.
